    Managing Director

    Licensed Settlement Agent

    Vicki Philipoff
Founder & Director | Vicki Philipoff Settlements
Industry Leader | Conveyancing Expert | Environmental Advocate

With over four decades of experience in the Western Australian settlement industry, I’ve dedicated my career to delivering excellence in conveyancing and property services. I founded my first successful settlement agency in 1986 and established Vicki Philipoff Settlements (VPS) in 1999, which has since become a benchmark for outstanding service, quality, innovation, and sustainable practices.

My journey has been shaped by a deep understanding of conveyancing, hands-on property development experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I’m proud to have been personally recognized with the Dorothy Peacock Award by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (WA Division) for my contributions to the industry, and also to be named one of 25 women nationally, as shaping the future of Conveyancing for International Women’s Day.

VPS has been a finalist for the Betty Quelch Award and the PEXA Industry Excellence Award and is the only settlement agency in WA to hold both Quality Endorsement and Environmental Endorsement under globally recognized standards. Our partnership with Carbon Neutral sees us plant up to 500 native trees and shrubs annually, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

Beyond conveyancing, I bring extensive expertise in strata subdivision and property development, and I’ve served as one of Australia’s youngest Council Mayors — elected Mayor of Bassendean at age 30 after serving as a Councillor.

I’m passionate about empowering clients and colleagues with knowledge, and I remain actively involved in professional bodies to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
